Huh. I thought I spoke at least a bit of surgeon, but a lot of those abbreviations are lost on me. Maybe that's because the surgical residents at my university tend to write "aVSS, CPM" as their progress notes for 95% of the patients. I would love as this much detail in surgical notes when I go to a consult on a patient.
